The engagement

A first-principles rethink of the water bottle cap.

Two injection-molded parts and a TPE seal keep tooling cost low and manufacturing simple at scale. The tall translucent crown shows off the syrup's color, giving a utility closure the presence of a premium spirits bottle.

Fit the standard 28 mm PCO neck used across US retail water bottles.

Designed the sealed 20 ml chamber and its one-twist release from first principles.
